In the images above, you have them on a background different than the themes logo. How much for just that background image? I'd like to use it as a logo.

Yes I need to change that in template. You can buy theme and I will add options for collapse, like on default theme blue icon.

Yes, something like the default "-" icon on the right side of each category.
