I cannot find the members awaiting approval option in this theme. Normally all other themes does give that option on the header "3 members awaiting approval" or something on those lines. It is the people who register to make an ID on the forum and need to be approved by the admin.

Also, if you could guide me to show how to replace the header pic with a new banner of my choice, would be much appreciated.
