What is SMF Tricks?
We are a simple site that offers Themes for SMF (Free & Premium Themes).

This website is thought in that way, because when someone decides to open/install a new forum, the first thing he'll look for, is a theme. So here we are! 

You can download our free themes only if you're logged in. For download Premium themes, you need to buy them individually or buy the Theme Club suscription.

However, we also offer many diffferent themes for each kind of likes.
You can also find some mods that we have (we do not offer paid mods, or paid mods service).

Anyway, you can request any theme in the dedicated board for that and we'll take a look and try to handle the request.

Yes that's the trick

Cause as I said it's built inside a portal, so you can already make use of everything available in SMF 
You just use the same variables and use some "ifs" to decide what to show and for who

You just build a normal theme.
The home is pure HTML from the template and just some conditionals

Yes I understand what you're saying.
But as I say, we are using a portal, we just edited manually the home page of the portal. So why we use a portal? Because we still want the other features like the blocks in some other places.

As for the code, we are using a modified template: http://themeforest.net/item/metromega-responsive-html5-metro-template/5497931

Esos iconos los puedes encontrar en la carpeta del theme, Themes/Wrap/images
Respectivamente serían on.png, on2.png, off.png y redirect.png

We are using a Portal for showing the blocks in the home page if is that what you are refering.
However, could you be more specific on what you are looking to do?
