Upgrade theme for compatibility with 2.1.3?

We are using the Exodus theme with our forum: https://smftricks.com/index.php?topic=884.0

It does not work with 2.1.3.

Would anyone be willing/able to upgrade this theme to 2.1.3? Or would you be able to give me guidance on what it takes?

There are currently no plans to update the theme.
Perhaps in the future.
