I have this mod on my site but everyone can use it i can't see where you change the permissions so only moderators can use it

Really loving all the SMFtricks Mods and i have a problem.

I have installed this https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2078 its the message boxes which i really love on my site but i can find where the permissions are for only allowing the moderators to use, At the moment everyone can use it, i've looks everywhere 

Anyone have any ideas where it might be ??
