I can't find the ST Customs mod.. Where is it? And why do I need it? All seems to work fine.. ;-)

It's just the attachment.
If you mean that you're looking for settings the mod has none, it just provides functions

It's just that the OP says I have to install ST Customs Mod as well (and it says: 'important').
All works great, so I don't know why it's important to install 'ST Customs Mod' ;-) But if that's important, again, where can I find that additional mod?

What additional mod?? You only need to install STCustoms mod and that's it. You can read in mod topic why it's important. Darkec theme use that mod only for PM dropdown.

Ive installed all i need to install but it wont let me change the slider images.Ive created new ones that are same size etc and upload to the folder in ftp.The images havent changed

Image for silder must be like this: images/slider/1.jpg in .jpg format, when you upload images wait 2-3min and pres ctrl+f5.
