Serán igual de compatibles que con cualquier otro theme gratuito o premium que este disponible. Es decir, funcionará perfectamente, pero existirán "problemas" visuales en resoluciones de teléfonos y tablets como suele pasar.
Existen distintas soluciones a estos pequeños inconvenientes y ninguna es perfecta, pero son funcionales.

Make sure you installed the mods on the other themes as well.
Usually when installing a mod you will see an option to install in other themes.
If you installed themes after you'll have to do the edits manually using following the parse/mod instructions for the files that the mod modifies.
E.g bookmarks mod edits the display.template.php file if I'm not mistaken.

If you need assistance please open a support topic in the corresponding theme board that you are having issues with.

Seems to be very basic and software related, so I would suggest you to first jump into SMF itself and head over to the official forums at https://simplemachines.org and get started so you will have more knowledge and experience with it, as a lot more of support with your issues and doubts.
This is since here we would provide only products related support assuming you already know how to handle yourself using SMF.

Pero el theme es gratuito y funciona perfectamente, en cualquier caso el mod no es en su totalidad compatible con otros themes.
Con gusto te ayudaría pero yo no conozco ese mod ni se que modificaciones hace, creo que él debería estar obligado a ayudarte más a fondo ya que el theme es gratuito y su mod me supongo que no lo es.

A menos que tengas el sitio ya en línea en algún lugar no sé como te podría ayudar más.

Lo mejor es que preguntes en SMFPacks, su admin es muy especial, no te vaya a banear por pedir ayuda en otros sitios
